Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

During high-demand periods (e.g., holidays or promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.


Estimated delivery times:


Domestic Shipping: 2–5 business days


International Shipping: 5–14 business days (depending on destination)


Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.


Warm Weather Shipping Notice


Chocolate is sensitive to heat and may melt during transit, especially in warmer climates or seasons.


To help protect your order:


We may include insulated packaging and ice packs when necessary.


In periods of high temperatures, we may delay shipping to ensure product quality.


While we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee that chocolate will not melt during transit. By placing an order, you acknowledge this risk.


Shipping Days


Orders are typically shipped Monday through Wednesday to avoid packages sitting in transit over the weekend.


Incorrect Addresses


Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages


Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. However, we will do our best to assist you in locating your package.

Damaged Items


If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you on a resolution.


International Shipping


Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These charges are not included in the shipping cost.
