I'm Sera McGuire, a pastry chef and chocolatier based in Donegal.

My journey in chocolate began in my grandmother's humble kitchen over 30 years ago. There, I first discovered the magic of creating chocolates that brought people together.  Since then, I've always known that's where I wanted to be - making chocolates and following in my grandmother's footsteps.  Her playful spirit still shapes everything we do.  

As a classically trained chef with 25+ years experience working with wonderfully talented chefs from all over the world, I've come full circle - back to where it all began: chocolate.

I've transformed those early lessons into sophisticated confections designed for today's discerning tastes.  Each creation honours our heritage while embracing modern artistry and techniques, offering a taste experience that's both exquisitely indulgent and full of life.
